# iceConnect quick prompt

Version 3.4, updated 2026-09-29. The short version of the iceConnect brand rules, for one piece of work in an AI chat.

## Which file do I need?

| You are… | Use |
|---|---|
| Writing or designing **one piece** in a chat: an email, post, slide, advert or short document (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) | **This file** (PROMPT.md) |
| **Building** a website, app, tool or long document in **Claude Code** or **Codex** | **DESIGN.md**: https://brand.iceconnect.com/dist/DESIGN.md (setup steps are at the top of that file) |
| A person checking a rule or downloading a logo | The guidelines page: https://brand.iceconnect.com |

## How to use it (three steps)

1. **Copy** everything inside the box below. (Or press **Copy AI quick prompt** at the top of https://brand.iceconnect.com, which copies the same text.)
2. **Paste** it as the first message in a new chat.
3. **Say what you need** in your next message, for example: "Write a LinkedIn post about our backup service for dental practice owners." Attach any facts, figures or drafts you want it to use.

Start a new chat for each new piece of work, and paste the prompt again. Check any figures before anything goes out.
